Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and managing overall financial strategies. The role involves directing the accounting team, improving financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to strategic decision-making for organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Must be an CA
- Must be reporting to the board (MD or CEO)
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proven skills in Budgeting, Finance, and monitoring financial processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial information and drive decision-making
- Proficiency in financial tools and software, with attention to detail
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
