💼 Job Title: Head of Finance
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
🕐 Experience: 7+ years (preferably in D2C, fashion)
💰 Salary: Competitive; based on experience and current package
📝 Employment Type: Full-Time
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Build annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Accounting & Compliance: Oversee accounting, GST filings, income tax, TDS, ROC compliances, and statutory audits.
- Cost Control: Monitor spending and optimize cost structures to improve margins and profitability across D2C and marketplace operations.
- Inventory & Working Capital Management: Track inventory movement, lead credit cycles, and ensure efficient working capital usage.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and key business metrics to management.
- Fundraising & Banking: Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and investors for working capital, debt financing, or equity requirements.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small finance and accounts team, ensuring timely reconciliations, payouts, and documentation.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills:
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in a fashion, or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert numbers into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
