Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Accounting & Finance to lead the company’s financial operations, compliance, reporting, and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, manufacturing finance expertise, and a deep understanding of Indian regulatory and taxation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete accounting and finance function of the organization
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Manage banking relationships, OD/CC facilities, working capital planning, and treasury functions
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, statutory audits, and internal audits
- Drive financial controls, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with CA, CS, bankers, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and business insights
- Strengthen ERP-based finance systems and process discipline across departments
- Monitor capex planning, project costing, and customer-commercial evaluations
- Support corporate structuring, investor readiness, and long-term expansion planning
Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance leadership, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of taxation, audit, compliance, and banking operations
- Experience with ERP systems and financial process automation
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Exposure to export business, OEM customer structures, and industrial finance is preferred
