Company Description IOS Relocations is an ISO 9001:2015 certified relocation services company, founded in 1994, with dual headquarters in Mumbai and Dubai.
The organization supports multinational companies and their expatriate employees with comprehensive relocation solutions across India and international locations. Services span destination support, temporary housing, packing and moving, visa and immigration assistance, city orientation, furniture and car rentals, serviced accommodation, and ancillary services such as tax advisory and cross-cultural training.

Core qualifications
- Professional certification: CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent) — essential for credibility and technical grounding
- Degree: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; an MBA is a strong plus for a leadership role
- Experience: Typically 8–12+ years in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/leadership capacity (Finance Manager, Controller, or Head of Finance elsewhere)
Technical skills
- Strong command of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Experience with multi-currency and cross-border transactions — relocation companies often deal with international moves, so exposure to forex risk management and international tax/compliance is valuable
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and strong Excel/financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, GST/VAT, and regulatory reporting relevant to the markets IOS operates in
- Experience with cost control and margin analysis, since relocation/logistics businesses run on tight operational margins (freight, storage, customs, vendor costs)
Experience:
- Experience managing finance for a company with distributed operations or multiple branch offices, since relocation firms often work across cities/countries
Leadership and soft skills
- Team management experience — this role likely oversees accounting, treasury, and possibly procurement or admin functions
- Strong stakeholder management — Head of Finance roles interact heavily with the CEO/board, auditors, banks, and sometimes clients on B2B contracts
- Strategic mindset — ability to move beyond bookkeeping into business partnering: pricing strategy, vendor contract negotiation, and investment decisions
