Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Corporate Finance, based in Ludhiana. The Head of Corporate Finance will oversee financial strategy, Book accounting , Tax and Compliances, manage investments, conduct financial modeling, and analyze potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The role includes managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Finance and Financial Modeling to develop and manage robust financial plans and forecasts
- Knowledge of Investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to assess opportunities and drive strategic growth initiatives
- Strong skills in Accounting to oversee financial reporting and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus
- Experience in corporate finance within a global and diversified business environment is desirable
