Head of Finance – Venture Capital (Vietnam)

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead the firm’s financial function and serve as a trusted partner to leadership. This is a high-impact role offering true ownership across fund economics, financial operations, investor reporting, and firm-level decision-making — ideal for a senior finance leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership on fund economics, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Own financial operations across funds and management entities
- Oversee accounting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Manage fund activities including capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, and performance metrics
- Maintain portfolio financial data, valuations, and investor reports
- Support fundraising through financial analysis, track record reporting, and due diligence
- Strengthen financial systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, fund operations, or asset management
- Prior exposure to VC/PE/funds strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing complex financial environments
- Strong commercial judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities
- Passion for technology and startup ecosystems
