💼 Position: General Manager – Facility Management
💰 Salary: Up to ₹24 LPA
🏢 Industry: Food & Hospitality / Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
✅ Preferred Experience:
✔ 10–15 years in Integrated Facility Management / Hospitality Operations
✔ Strong exposure to Soft Services & Hard Services
✔ Expertise in Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Maintenance, Security & Hospitality Operations
✔ Experience managing multi-site operations & large teams
✔ Strong Client Handling & SLA/KPI Management experience
✔ Vendor Management, Budgeting & Cost Optimization skills
✔ Knowledge of Food Safety, HSE & Statutory Compliance
✔ Excellent leadership & stakeholder management abilities
