About the RoleJesus Calls is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head – Events to lead the planning, execution, and management of large-scale ministry programs, prayer festivals, and organizational events across locations. This role requires strong strategic planning, operational leadership, and team management capabilities to deliver impactful and well-coordinated events.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership for all ministry and organizational events.
- Plan and execute large-scale prayer festivals, conferences, outreach programs, and special events.
- Develop annual event calendars aligned with ministry objectives.
- Lead and supervise the events team across regions.
- Manage end-to-end event execution including logistics, vendors, venue, and operations.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with Media, Prayer Tower, Administration, and Finance teams.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and smooth on-ground execution.
- Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships.
- Monitor event performance and prepare post-event evaluation reports.
- Handle risk management and resolve operational challenges during events.

Eligibility & Experience- Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in event management, ministry events, or large organizational programs.
- Proven experience handling large gatherings or multi-city events.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
