The Role
Every CEO in India has the same problem: their workforce isn't AI-ready, and they can't hire their way out of it.
You'll sell SARAS as the answer — closing large, repeatable contracts with companies that need to upskill thousands of employees, fast.
This is a sales role. You carry a number. You close.
What you'll own
- Revenue. A clear enterprise target, owned end-to-end.
- The full deal cycle. From first touch to contract. Prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, expand.
- The playbook. The first 10 contracts define the next 100. You'll write it.
- Land and expand. ARR per logo matters more than logo count.
- Ground game. CHRO roundtables, HR conclaves, founder dinners. You'll be in the rooms.
- The numbers. ACV, cycle time, NRR. You'll know your funnel cold.
Who you are
- 8–14 years selling into Indian enterprises. L&D, HR-tech, SaaS, or consulting backgrounds welcome.
- A real closer. You've personally hit large enterprise quotas. CHROs return your calls.
- Network across India's top 500. Credibility to land a meeting on a cold intro.
- Metrics-first. You think in pipeline and ACV, not MoUs and "engagements."
- High agency. Low ego. Comfortable being early.
