- POSITION: VP – Enterprise Sales & Account Management
- JOB LOCATION: Pune, Job Type: Work from Office

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Strategic Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise sales and account management strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets.
- Own overall sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, and quarterly/annual business commitments.
Geographical Ownership – India & Global Markets
- Lead and manage sales and account management operations across India and international geographies including UAE and South America.
Overall Account Management & Customer Success
- Own end-to-end account management for strategic and key enterprise customers, ensuring long-term relationships and sustained revenue growth.
- Engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and growth.
Partnerships, Alliances & Ecosystem Development
- Identify and build new alliances to expand market reach, enhance solution offerings, and accelerate revenue.
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling motions, and partner-led opportunities across India and global markets.
Sales Team Leadership & Governance
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing enterprise sales and account management teams across geographies.
Executive & Internal Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with the CEO, Delivery, Product, Finance, and Technology leaders and align sales strategy.
Represent the organization at executive customer meetings, partner forums, and industry events.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 15–20+ years of overall experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
- 10+ years of proven experience selling ERP or large enterprise products/solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent
- Strong experience handling India and international markets, preferably UAE and South America.
- Demonstrated success in overall account management, including renewals, customer growth, and long-term relationship management.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
- Strong leadership experience managing geographically distributed sales and account teams.
- Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, enterprise IT landscapes, cloud platforms, and digital transformation programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, negotiations, contracts, and revenue planning.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
