Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Head of Enterprise Delivery to lead and scale our enterprise staffing and SOW delivery operations. This role will own end-to-end delivery for direct clients, including large enterprise accounts and SOW engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Delivery Leadership
- Own overall delivery performance across all direct client accounts and SOW-based projects.
- Develop and execute enterprise delivery strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality fulfillment across contract staffing, permanent hiring, and SOW engagements.
- Establish scalable delivery frameworks, processes, and governance models.
Client Management & Growth
- Serve as senior escalation point for key enterprise clients.
- Build strong executive-level relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with sales and account management teams to expand existing accounts and support new business wins.
- Monitor service-level performance, delivery metrics, and client KPIs.
Team Leadership & Organizational Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Delivery Managers and Recruitment Managers.
- Define team structure, performance metrics, and productivity benchmarks.
- Drive hiring, training, capability development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and delivery excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Implement standardized delivery processes, reporting frameworks, and quality controls.
- Optimize resource allocation and workforce planning across accounts.
- Track and improve key delivery metrics such as time-to-fill, fulfillment ratios, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SOW terms, and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Provide leadership with regular reporting on delivery performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify operational improvements and automation opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery functions.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in staffing, talent solutions, or workforce services.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise delivery or large-scale recruitment operations.
- Strong experience managing direct enterprise clients and SOW-based delivery models.
- Proven track record of leading large delivery or recruitment teams.
- Experience working with global clients, preferably US-based, with PST time zone alignment.
- Strong operational, analytical, and performance management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling delivery operations in a high-growth staffing environment.
- Exposure to multi-industry staffing (IT, engineering, professional services, etc.).
- Strong commercial understanding of account profitability and delivery economics.
- Process optimization, transformation, or automation experience.
