🚀 Hiring: Head of Engineering (Retail ERP / SaaS) | 📍 Gurugram | 💼 13–15 Years | WFO 5 days |
💰 Up to ₹45 LPA
Looking for an experienced Head of Engineering / VP / Engineering Director to lead and scale large engineering teams and SaaS platforms.
🔹 Must Have:
13+ yrs in software engineering with 5+ yrs leadership managing 50+ engineers
Strong expertise in SaaS architecture, microservices & event-driven systems
Experience building shared platforms, APIs & scalable systems
Ownership of engineering delivery, CI/CD & dev lifecycle
Highly Desired:
Experience in Retail Tech / ERP / POS / Enterprise SaaS
