Head of Engineering
Technical Lead
Solution Architect
A leader who can think strategically, architect deeply, execute rapidly, and lead elite engineering teams from the front.
This is not a conventional corporate role.
This is a company-defining role.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for shaping the entire engineering backbone of Sapiogen AI — from architecture decisions and technical leadership to team building and product execution.
You’ll work directly with the Founder to transform ambitious AI ideas into scalable global products.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Head of Engineering
* Build and lead the engineering vision of Sapiogen AI
* Create a world-class engineering culture focused on ownership, speed, and innovation
* Hire, mentor, and manage high-performance engineering teams
* Define engineering processes, scalability strategies, and technical roadmaps
* Drive execution across multiple AI and software initiatives
As Technical Lead
* Lead engineering execution hands-on
* Review code, guide development standards, and solve critical technical challenges
* Ensure products are built with performance, scalability, and clean architecture in mind
* Work closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
* Move fast while maintaining engineering excellence
As Solution Architect
* Design scalable AI-native system architectures
* Build modern cloud infrastructure and engineering ecosystems
* Architect SaaS platforms, AI workflows, APIs, automation systems, and enterprise-grade solutions
* Design systems that integrate:
* LLMs
* AI Agents
* RAG Architectures
* Cloud Services
* Automation Pipelines
* Scalable Backend Infrastructure
* Translate complex business ideas into powerful technical solutions

- Minimum 7-8 years of experience.

* Has deep engineering and architecture expertise
* Understands modern AI ecosystems and scalable software systems
* Can build from 0 → 1 and scale from 1 → 100

* Has strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
