Role Description As a Engineering head at ManageArtworks, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s strategy, product direction, and market growth. This full-time, on-site position in Chennai.
Requirement
10+ Years of Tech Experience: Proven track record in software engineering, including a strong background in leading tech teams from early-stage ideation all the way through to final code execution.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Possess a co-founder business mindset; we highly value individuals who have started their own ventures or tried and failed in business, as we prize the resilience and commercial acumen gained from those experiences.
AI-Driven Development: A strong interest and active curiosity in leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks to drastically accelerate product development cycles and scale engineering throughput.
Technical & Strategic Leadership: Ability to bridge the gap between complex technical architectures and high-level business goals, ensuring the tech strategy directly drives revenue and user growth.
End-to-End Delivery: Comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed, while maintaining focus on mentoring engineers, optimizing workflows, and cultivating a high-performance, agile culture.
Qualifications
- Research skills to understand industry trends, regulatory requirements, competitive offerings, and customer needs.
- Prior entrepreneurial, startup, or leadership experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or regulated industries is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals, CPG, Life Sciences, or packaging/artwork management is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Ability to work onsite in Chennai, operate in a fast-paced environment, and make data-informed decisions under uncertainty.
