Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the software engineering space
- Experience in both corporate and startup environments
- Prior ownership in a Series A/B AI-driven startup
- Strong hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development
- Expertise in Python, React, Node.js
- Experience with AWS, MySQL, and DevOps practices
- Experience with LLMs, AI workflows, and production AI systems
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and evaluation
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and architecture
- Ability to lead teams and drive engineering excellence
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with mobile tech (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-first systems, workflows, and user experiences
- Drive adoption of LLMs, agent-based systems, and automation
- Own end-to-end architecture across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI layers
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Manage AWS infrastructure, deployments, and cost optimization
- Build reliable AI production systems with monitoring and guardrails
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, set quality standards
- Hire and grow engineers with an AI-first mindset
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in roadmap planning and technical decision-making
