A philanthropic organisation is advancing education through nationwide programmes focused on access, quality, and inclusion. It supports underserved communities via NGO partnerships, schools, scholarships, and digital initiatives. The organisation is seeking a senior leader to drive new education programmes particularly in Early Childhood and Digital Education by shaping strategy, leveraging technology, and building partnerships for scalable impact over the next five years.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define strategy for the education vertical, including new and existing initiatives
- Design and scale programmes across Early Childhood and Digital Education
- Translate strategy into execution plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and budgets
- Build and manage partnerships with government, NGOs, and global agencies
- Develop monitoring & evaluation frameworks to track impact
- Collaborate across stakeholders and represent the organisation externally
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Management/Development or PhD in Education
- 15+ years in education, social impact, consulting, or entrepreneurial roles
- Experience with tech-enabled education (preferred)
