We are hiring a VP – Online Sales for an upcoming high-growth men’s grooming & personal care brand launching in India.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the brand’s entire online revenue engine from the ground up across D2C and marketplaces.
The role will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive the brand’s digital growth journey from 0 → 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive online sales strategy across D2C website and marketplaces
- Lead revenue growth, GTM planning, pricing, promotions, and online P&L
- Scale marketplace business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
- Drive website growth through conversion optimization, retention, and customer journey improvements
- Partner with marketing teams on performance marketing, acquisition, and lifecycle campaigns
- Track and optimize key metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and retention
- Build and lead the online sales function over time while collaborating cross-functionally with product, brand, supply chain, and finance teams
Ideal Background
- Strong experience in e-commerce / online sales within D2C or consumer brands
- Hands-on experience managing both D2C websites and marketplaces
- Proven track record of scaling online revenue in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of digital growth levers and performance marketing
- Analytical, execution-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset
