Role Overview
We are looking for a Global Marketplace / E-commerce Manager to drive international marketplace operations and help Indian brands scale across global markets. The role involves managing marketplace listings, optimizing sales performance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth cross-border operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage product listings across global marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other international platforms
• Optimize listings, pricing, and catalog to improve visibility and conversion rates
• Monitor marketplace performance including sales, traffic, and ROI
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams for order fulfillment
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for international expansion
• Manage promotions, campaigns, and marketplace advertising initiatives
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and international selling standards
• Work closely with brand partners to support their global growth strategy
Requirements
• 5–9 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Experience managing Amazon / international marketplaces is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with marketplace tools, product catalog management, and digital commerce
• Good understanding of cross-border e-commerce or global distribution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
