Role Purpose
Drive direct sales revenue across projects through structured sales strategy and team
leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project‑wise sales plans including pricing inputs and inventory movement
strategy.
Lead high‑value deal closures and institutional buyer engagements.
Build and manage high‑performance sales teams and site sales processes.
Drive walk‑ins, site conversions and customer experience standards.
Collaborate with marketing for lead conversion funnels and campaign ROI.
Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing and buyer trends.
