Founded in February 2025 by Vaary Shah, I.M.P.A.C.T – International Model Parliament and Council of Teens is an India-based platform that empowers youth through engaging in policymaking, debate, and diplomacy. By simulating both legislative and international decision-making processes, the platform nurtures future leaders, policymakers, and diplomats. Participants gain critical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills while understanding real-world governance and diplomacy. While currently based in India, I.M.P.A.C.T aspires to foster a global network of young changemakers through international initiatives.
Role Description
This is a part-time role for the Head of Digital Media. The role involves developing and implementing digital strategies, creating and managing media plans, and coordinating social media campaigns to amplify I.M.P.A.C.T's vision. Key responsibilities include crafting and executing marketing initiatives, managing content across digital platforms, and addressing audience engagement. The role is hybrid and is based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Media Planning and Media Strategy
- Experience with Digital Strategy and creating innovative online content approaches
- Strong knowledge of Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Experience in youth-oriented organizations or programs is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Media, or a related field
