About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our global B2G/B2B digital marketing efforts in the defence and aerospace domain.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing — you will directly influence deal pipelines, global brand positioning, and revenue growth across India and international defence markets.
What You’ll Own
- Drive end-to-end digital strategy aligned with revenue, exports, and defence contracts
- Build Zen’s thought leadership in combat simulation, counter-drone, and indigenous defence technologies
- Generate high-value leads for MoD contracts, FMS deals, and export markets
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) targeting defence procurement bodies and global OEMs
- Execute global event amplification (Aero India, Defexpo, I/ITSEC)
- Own digital infrastructure – website, CRM (Zoho), marketing automation & geo-targeted campaigns
- Create data-driven dashboards on CAC, funnel conversion & ROI for leadership visibility
- Collaborate with BD, R&D & Sales to translate complex tech into compelling narratives
- Build and lead a high-impact digital team + agency ecosystem
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of driving pipeline & revenue (not just engagement metrics)
- Strong hands-on expertise in ABM, LinkedIn Ads, Google SEM, Programmatic & Marketing Automation
- Experience in international markets (US, Europe, Middle East)
- Ability to simplify complex technical products into powerful storytelling
- Deep understanding of analytics (GA4, CRM dashboards, attribution models, SEO tools)
- Exposure to B2G / GovTech / Defence / Aerospace is highly preferred
