Role Description
The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for devising and executing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include overseeing social media campaigns, managing digital advertising budgets, analyzing web analytics to measure campaign success, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with business goals. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Marketing and Digital Strategy to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools for measuring performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of the education industry and experience managing multi-modal marketing channels are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including 6+ years of experience in team handling/leadership roles.
