Our client is a fashion brand. This role owns the full digital marketing function: paid acquisition across Google and Meta, SEO, email lifecycle, and emerging channels - across four international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia). You will work directly with the founders and have the budget, team, and mandate to operate at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-crore budgets across Google and Meta for four international markets with full accountability-no layers, no delays.
- Lead the entire funnel-paid, SEO, lifecycle, WhatsApp, and new channels and define how each lever drives growth.
- Tap into underserved NRI audiences across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia with strong organic and CAC opportunities.
- Own and optimize the analytics stack (GA4, CAPI, attribution) to drive smarter, faster decisions.
- Hire and shape a high-performing marketing team- this is a build, not maintain role.
- Work directly with leadership and influence strategy in real time.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in digital marketing, with significant time in international D2C. You have managed real budgets in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia - not domestic India campaigns with a geo-filter.
- Google Ads: You run PMax, Standard Shopping, and Feed Search as a system. Real Merchant Center work: title optimization, GTIN hygiene, margin-aware custom labels. You diagnose campaign structure problems, not algorithm symptoms.
- Meta Ads: TOFU/MOFU/BOFU as distinct campaign layers with distinct bidding strategies. You understand CAPI, Event Match Quality, and have navigated iOS14+ with a real methodology.
- Attribution: You reconcile Meta-reported, GA4-reported, and incrementally-measured ROAS as standard practice. Server-side CAPI implemented. Geo-holdout, PSA tests, or MMM used for budget decisions.
- Scale: Live campaigns simultaneously in at least three international markets with distinct budget envelopes and benchmarks per market.
