About Us: Rhysley Private Limited is a leading player in the garment and technology space, managing a portfolio of fashion and SaaS-based HR Tech products. Alongside our premium fashion brand Mehar, we have launched Helixta HR an intelligent, cloud-based Human Resource Management System that simplifies recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and performance tracking all from one seamless platform.


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly strategic and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence across garment and SaaS verticals. The candidate will play a dual role: leading aggressive growth and brand visibility for Rhysley and Mehar, while building awareness, lead generation, and digital presence for our HR Tech platform Helixta HR.



Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Execution:


·       Develop and execute a unified digital marketing strategy tailored for both SaaS (B2B tech) & E commerce (Fashion)

·       Use data-driven insights and competitive research to position Helixta HR in the HR Tech industry.

SaaS Platform Marketing:

·       Build and scale digital campaigns for www.rhysleyhr.com focused on lead generation, inbound traffic, and client acquisition.

·       Create product-led marketing content like whitepapers, explainer videos, emailers, etc.

Website & SEO Optimization:

·       Optimize Websites SEO, performance, and UX.

·       Manage technical SEO, content strategy, and web analytics.

Performance & Paid Marketing:

·       Run PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

·       Drive conversions for both D2C and B2B models using high-ROI funnels.

Content & Social Media:

·       Lead the content calendar and storytelling for brand and product communication.

·       Engage on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to grow organic visibility.

AI/ML in Marketing (Preferred):

·       Use AI tools for audience targeting, email personalization, and chat bot integrations on SaaS platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

·       Track KPIs, campaign ROIs, and customer acquisition metrics across platforms.

·       Present insights regularly to stakeholders to inform future campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

·       Lead a small cross-functional team of SEO specialists, designers, and performance marketers.

·       Coordinate with Sales & Tech teams for product-market alignment (especially Rhysley HR).

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's or Masters in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or relevant field.

·       10-15 years of experience in digital marketing with both SaaS & e-commerce experience.

·       Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Hub Spot, SEMrush, Zoho, or similar.

·       Experience with SaaS lead generation funnels, webinars, B2B sales campaigns is a plus.

·       Strong communication, analytical thinking, and growth mindset.
