Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, is for a Head of Digital Marketing. The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for creating and managing effective digital marketing strategies, leading social media campaigns, driving traffic and conversions through lead generation initiatives, and utilizing web analytics to optimize digital presence and track marketing effectiveness. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and growth, oversee budgets, and analyze market trends to enhance customer engagement and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Marketing and developing comprehensive Digital Strategies
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing to build brand awareness across platforms
- Proficiency in Lead Generation campaigns and techniques to drive business growth
- Strong understanding of Web Analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide marketing teams
- Data-driven decision-making with excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the fashion or luxury industry is an advantage
