We’re looking for a seasoned digital leader who can take full ownership of our performance marketing, e-commerce, and growth ecosystem.
This role goes far beyond managing agencies or dashboards, it requires deep technical expertise and a hands-on understanding of how digital businesses scale.
You will lead:
* Performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other paid channels (structure, bidding, attribution, scaling)
* E-commerce growth across the funnel — from traffic to conversion to retention
* Website performance — UX, CRO, page speed, and analytics-driven optimization
* SEO — technical, on-page, and content-led organic growth
* Martech stack — GA4, attribution models, tracking frameworks, and data integrity
* Experimentation — A/B testing, funnel optimization, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
– Strong technical depth in digital marketing and e-commerce (not just coordination)
– Proven experience in scaling D2C or consumer internet businesses
– Clear understanding of attribution, CAC, LTV, and ROI levers
– Ability to translate data into decisive action
– Ownership mindset with a bias for execution
