*HIRING - HEAD OF DIGITAL MARKETING & BRAND GROWTH OFFICER*
*Location:* Ghaziabad/ Noida
*Industry:* Ayurvedic/ Unani/ Healthcare/ Wellness
*Qualification:* Graduation or MBA in Marketing Preferred
*Experience:* Min 5–10 Years
*Salary:* Upto ₹12 LPA
*Shift Timing:* Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
*Week Off:* Saturday & Sunday

*Note:- Existing influencer or personnel with social media presence would be a preferred candidate.*
*Skills Required:*
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, brand building and online market expansion
* Experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO/SEM and campaign management
* Strong leadership, team management and creative planning skills
* Ability to handle digital budgets, analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
* Knowledge of influencer marketing, PR activities and digital branding strategies
* Excellent communication, content planning and vendor coordination skills
*Key Responsibilities :*
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
* Build, lead and manage the internal digital marketing team including content, design and performance marketing functions.
* Manage and coordinate with external agencies, media buying teams, web developers and creative vendors.
* Plan and execute influencer marketing, PR campaigns and brand awareness activities across digital platforms.
* Monitor digital marketing budgets, campaign performance, ROI and optimize marketing spend effectively.
* Drive innovative marketing initiatives, creative storytelling and trend-based campaigns to strengthen online presence.
