Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Head of Digital Marketing, based in Mira Bhayandar. The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing web traffic, and generating leads. The role will also involve overseeing the organization's online presence, evaluating campaign performance through analytics, and ensuring alignment of digital strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing and Digital Strategy to drive strategic online campaigns and growth.
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing to create, manage, and grow online platforms effectively.
- Strong skills in Lead Generation to attract and convert potential clients and students.
- Experience in Web Analytics to measure and optimize digital campaign performance.
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide a digital marketing team.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with certifications in Digital Marketing being an added advantage.
Key Skills:
- The candidate should also have experience handling 100–200 courses and managing a team of 10-12 members.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Creativity in developing engaging and shareable digital content.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
