Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the agency’s business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, market research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising channels.
- Manage and mentor the internal marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and client servicing teams to support business development initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting.
- Build strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with vendors, media agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and communications.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Lead client acquisition and retention strategies to drive agency revenue growth.
- Prepare and present marketing reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
