Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Media Head to lead our digital advertising vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms while managing a team and ensuring strong ROI for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Drive performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation
- Manage and mentor the digital media team
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously with efficiency
- Coordinate closely with clients to understand business goals and deliver results
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure timely reporting and transparent communication with clients
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates
Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and buying
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
- Proven track record of delivering high ROI campaigns
- Experience in managing teams and client relationships
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an advertising agency environment
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
- Strategic thinking with execution excellence
