Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Lead DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering initiatives across engineering teams
- Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management
- Manage Kubernetes/Docker container platforms and orchestration
- Improve system reliability, uptime, monitoring, and incident response processes
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation
- Drive security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and governance practices
- Optimize cloud costs, performance, and infrastructure efficiency
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and product teams for faster delivery
- Define DevOps standards, best practices, and operational processes
- Mentor and manage DevOps engineers and platform teams
- Handle production troubleshooting, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and high-severity incidents
- Implement observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic
- Support high-availability and multi-region architecture strategies
- Drive automation culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Experience managing Linux-based production environments
- Good understanding of networking, security, scalability, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in high-scale production environments is preferred
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Azure DevOps are a plus
