Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of DevOps, based in the Greater Delhi Area, with the flexibility of remote work. You will lead and manage DevOps initiatives, drive infrastructure automation, and ensure smooth deployment processes. Key responsibilities include managing a team, designing scalable infrastructure, implementing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, troubleshooting environment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development and Infrastructure design, including cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration and deployment techniques, as well as experience managing and automating build and release pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and effectively managing cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux systems administration and optimization for performance and security.
- Proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in cybersecurity or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
