We're looking for someone who owns how India sees the future of clean, conscious living. You'll lead the full creative universe across every touchpoint high-end visual identity, sustainable packaging, web experience, brand films, and narrative-driven campaigns. You aren't designing assets. You are architecting the visual language of trust.
The Mandate
- Lead Visual Identity - direct the aesthetic across social, web, packaging, and every brand touchpoint.
- Narrative Leadership - you won't just "tell stories." You take the lead on storytelling, translating complex FPO and
- farm-level insights into premium, consumer-facing content.
- Build the creative team set the bar every future hire is measured against.
- Own the output end-to-end - from concept to final shipped asset.
Who You Are
- Done with the corporate or agency chapter. You've seen the inside of that machine and you're ready to build something that actually matters.
- Sharp visual instinct can hold a premium brand standard without a 40-person team behind you.
- Strong narrative sense. You can write, edit, and direct content, not just art-direct it.
- Comfortable in ambiguity. The brief won't always be clear you'll shape it.
- Hands-on. You ship work yourself in the founding window, then build the team around you.
Compensation
- This is an equity-based founding role, not a salary stake. The first 6-9 months are equity-only the founding window where the brand is built from zero. Once our pre-seed round closes, a base salary kicks in, benchmarked to stage and market.
- Founding equity is meaningful and structured in two parts - a deferred cash recovery component that becomes liquid at our seed round, and a long-term vesting component that participates in all future upside. Exact percentages and the full equity breakdown are discussed directly with shortlisted candidates.
Who Should Not Apply
- If you're looking for quick money or a short-term gig this isn't it.
- If you can't commit long-term. We need someone in the seat for the long haul, through multiple rounds and the real
- build-out. A 1-2 year horizon doesn't work here.
- If you need a fully-formed brief and a defined process to do your best work.
