Pre-requisites of the Role
● 12+ years of experience in office or commercial interior design
● Strong portfolio showcasing office, co-working, or corporate workspace projects
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop &
Illustrator
● Knowledge of ergonomic furniture, lighting, acoustics, and sustainable design
practices
● Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills
● Understanding of coworking layouts, hot desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative
spaces (preferred)
● Familiarity with building regulations, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards
Key Responsibilities
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality workspace
designs and end-to-end project delivery
● Plan and execute layouts for offices, co-working spaces, and corporate environments
● Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards for
interiors
● Create and review 3D models, renderings, floor plans, and mood boards for client
and internal approvals
● Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure designs meet
functional and business needs
● Manage vendors, contractors, and procurement for furniture, materials, and
installations
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local
building codes, safety, and accessibility standards
● Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget
alignment
● Conduct quality checks and due diligence to maintain design integrity and
compliance
● Stay updated on industry trends, workplace strategies, and innovative office design
solutions
● Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers,
operations, management, external vendors, and stakeholders
● Ensure project completion within approved budgets and finalise delivery within
stipulated timelines
