We’re Hiring – Design Head
Kamika International is looking for an experienced Design Head to lead our Design & Development function.
📍 Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
🕒 Experience: 10–15+ Years
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in Closed Die Forging and Forging Die Design.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks and Solid Edge.
* Expertise in new product development from customer drawings to production.
* Sound knowledge of GD&T, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and manufacturing standards.
* Experience in die development, tooling optimization, and cost reduction.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Industry:
Forging | Automotive | Railways | Defence | Heavy Engineering
