Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Head of Department role.
The Head of Department will oversee the strategic and operational activities of the department.
Responsibilities include Government projects Business Development, Lead generation and conversion of leads, manage project execution, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs, monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering relationships with clients. The role also necessitates the continuous improvement of departmental processes and technical outputs.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Supervisory skills
- Expertise in Renewable Energy and Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of Government Projects procedures
- Strong Market Network
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Ready to travel across Maharashtra and other states.
