We’re Hiring: Department Head – Mechanical 🚨
📍 Location: Bangalore
🎓 Qualification: B.E. Mechanical
🧑 💼 Experience: 20+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineering Leader to head our department and drive excellence in offshore and FPSO projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical engineering for FPSO topside modules & offshore installations
- Conduct cold eye reviews of critical equipment (Gas Turbines, Compressors, Chemical Injection Packages, etc.)
- Oversee static & rotary equipment engineering (pumps, compressors)
- Review material requisitions & technical evaluations
- Guide teams on HAZOP studies & 3D model reviews
- Support construction/fabrication yards and resolve site queries
- Manage a team of 10–20 engineers
- Handle project scheduling, issue resolution & delivery timelines
- Drive client & vendor management
- Lead proposal engineering (estimations, contract review)
- Develop training plans & team capability building
- Improve processes, standardization & quality of deliverables
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years in Mechanical Engineering (Offshore/FPSO preferred)
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Proven experience in project execution & team management
