About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Head to lead and manage the complete online business operations for our jewelry brand. The candidate will be responsible for scaling sales across multiple marketplaces, managing the internal e-commerce team, improving brand presence, and driving operational efficiency across listings, orders, dispatch, and customer management.
This role requires strong marketplace expertise, team handling capability, and a deep understanding of e-commerce growth strategies within the jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Operations
- Handle end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces
- Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, and inventory updates
- Monitor order processing, dispatch coordination, returns, and customer experience
- Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations
- Marketplace Management
Responsibilities include:
- Product optimization and listing management
- Marketplace performance improvement
- Sales growth strategy execution
- Advertisement and promotional campaign coordination
- Account health and compliance management
Sales & Brand Growth
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and lead generation
- Improve brand visibility and positioning across marketplaces
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and marketplace performance
- Identify new growth opportunities for online business expansion
Team Management
- Lead and manage the e-commerce department team
- Coordinate with listing, operations, dispatch, and customer support staff
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team productivity
- Build operational processes for smooth workflow execution
