Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Department (Electroplating) at our manufacturing facility in Jaipur. The Head of Department will oversee and manage all aspects of the electroplating process, including planning, supervising operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the highest quality of finished products. Additional responsibilities will include process optimization, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading a team to achieve production efficiency and consistency while meeting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electroplating processes, chemical handling, and related technical operations
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience with cost management and enhancing production efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field
- Relevant industry experience, with a strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and ensure timely project delivery
