About the Role:
We’re seeking a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale the full-funnel demand engine—driving qualified leads, pipeline creation, and revenue growth for a high-performance marketing automation agency.
Key Responsibilities:
🛒 Build and execute multi-channel demand gen strategy (paid, owned, earned)
📊 Lead campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and retargeting
📈 Own website performance, SEO, CRO, landing pages, and conversion optimization
🚚 Build nurture programs using HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, or Braze
📣 Partner with sales on lead scoring, routing, ABM initiatives, and pipeline alignment
🤝 Lead a cross-functional team across performance, content, SEO, and operations
Requirements:
✅ 10+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing (agency experience preferred)
✅ Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, martech, and marketing automation space
✅ Hands-on with automation/CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, Zoho CRM
✅ Strong analytics skills (GA4, Looker Studio, CRM analytics, dashboards)
✅ Proven ability to build dashboards and optimize for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline velocity
Preferred:
⭐ Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, Terminus) and enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo)
⭐ Knowledge of lead scoring, CDPs, CEPs, and marketing attribution platforms
⭐ Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or automation platforms
⭐ Exposure to global markets (US, UK, ANZ, Middle East)
