About the Role:
Weβre seeking a Head of Demand Generation to build and scale the agencyβs growth engine by driving qualified leads, pipeline creation, and revenue growth across B2B marketing automation services.
Key Responsibilities:
π Build and own end-to-end demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
π Drive multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, retargeting, webinars, and content marketing
π Lead funnel growth initiatives including MQLs, SQLs, lead nurturing, ABM, and conversion optimization
π Manage website performance, landing pages, SEO strategy, CRO experiments, and lead workflows
π£ Build dashboards and track KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline velocity, and attribution
π€ Collaborate with sales, automation, content, and leadership teams to drive pipeline and revenue goals
Requirements:
β
7β10 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
β
Strong B2B SaaS / Martech / Marketing Automation exposure
β
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, Braze, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
β
Expertise in paid campaigns, funnel analytics, lead generation, and conversion optimization
β
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred:
β Experience in marketing automation agencies or B2B SaaS environments
β Exposure to ABM, lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and attribution platforms
β Experience managing cross-functional growth/performance teams
β Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or related platforms
