We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to build and scale a predictable, high-impact revenue engine across mid-market to large enterprise segments (India & US).
This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll own the entire top-of-funnel, drive pipeline growth, and lead high-performing SDR & BD teams.
🔹 What You’ll Own
- Lead and scale SDR & Business Development teams, driving a high-performance, target-driven culture
- Build and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy for enterprise clients
- Create a predictable pipeline engine with strong focus on MQL → SQL → revenue conversion
- Own funnel metrics, pipeline forecasting, and GTM analytics
- Collaborate closely with Sales & KAM teams to drive conversions and revenue impact
- Take complete ownership of the marketing → sales funnel journey
- Leverage data, AI, and modern tools to optimize campaigns and ROI
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years in B2B Demand Generation / Growth / Revenue Marketing
- Strong background in IT services, technical staffing, or consulting firms
- Proven experience in building and scaling SDR/BD teams (3–5+ years leadership)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Pipeline generation & funnel optimization
- Enterprise GTM strategy (India & US markets)
- Strong understanding of demand gen metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion, velocity)
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, 6sense
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership & global stakeholders
