Job Description

Role Overview
The Head of Delivery will own operational execution across AI projects, engineering teams, research initiatives and client delivery. The role requires a technology-oriented operator who can scale processes, teams and execution frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end AI project delivery and operations
• Build SOPs, governance models and scalable processes
• Drive collaboration across engineering, AI research, product and business teams
• Manage resources, timelines, quality and client outcomes
• Establish performance dashboards and operational metrics
• Support founders on growth, strategy and execution
Technical Understanding Required
• Python programming fundamentals
• Git/GitHub workflows and version control
• Docker and containerized deployment environments
• SDLC and API understanding
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of LLMs, AI workflows and MLOps preferred
Required Experience
• 10+ years of experience in operations, technology delivery, program management or business leadership
• Experience scaling AI, SaaS, technology or product-led organizations
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, product, research and business teams
• Startup mindset with ownership and execution focus
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related fields. MBA preferred but not mandatory. Undergraduate degree should mandatorily be in Engineering.
