SkilledSquad is looking for a senior channel leader for a leading furniture company in Delhi NCR.
Role: Head of Dealer Development — B2B & B2G
Industry: Furniture | Commercial & Institutional
Location: Delhi NCR
CTC: ₹20 LPA + Performance Incentives
Experience: 12 to 18 Years
Reporting to: Director
What you will own:
→ Onboarding dealers who sell to corporates, IT parks, co-working spaces, and project contractors (B2B)
→ Onboarding dealers registered on GeM, PSUs, government departments, defence, and institutional buyers (B2G)
→ Dealer audits, scorecards, and performance management
→ Joint business plans with dealers and state sales heads
→ Dealer activation, retention, and accountability frameworks
