We're Hiring | Head – Data Team | Noida (On-site)
Are you passionate about building data-driven organizations and transforming business decisions through analytics?
We're looking for a Head – Data Team to lead our data function and work closely with the CFO in driving strategic insights, automation, and business intelligence for a fast-growing fintech.
- Location: Noida (On-site)
- Experience: 8 –12 Years
- Reporting To: CFO
What We're Looking For -
Must-Have
- 7–10 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with 4–5 years in BFSI, Fintech, or Lending
- Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python or R
- Deep understanding of lending concepts including EMI, DPD, LTV, NPA, POS, Co-lending (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Looker
- Experience building dashboards, automating reporting, and managing data pipelines
Good to Have
- Exposure to GST data, Bank Statement Analysis, or cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Experience working in a high-growth fintech startup
- Knowledge of RBI Digital Lending Guidelines
Who You'll Be
We're looking for someone who doesn't just build dashboards—but questions the data behind them. Someone who spots inconsistencies before anyone else, challenges assumptions, and partners with leadership to make data-backed business decisions.
