Kikie is a hyperlocal delivery platform — one app for all products, delivery needs, and local services. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented *Head of Data Entry Department* to manage and maintain product data inside the Kikie app.
This is an important role because accurate product data, shop information, pricing, images, and availability directly affect the customer experience, shop owner satisfaction, and smooth app operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Add product and shop data to the Kikie app as required.
* Verify product details, prices, categories, images, descriptions, and availability.
* Ensure all data inside the app is accurate, complete, and updated regularly.
* Manage and control the data entry team.
* Assign work to data entry staff and monitor daily performance.
* Check and approve data entered by team members.
* Coordinate with shop owners to collect correct product and business information.
* Resolve data-related issues so there are no problems between shop owners and the app.
* Maintain proper records of updated, pending, and verified data.
* Ensure smooth app operations by keeping all listings clean and accurate.
* Report errors, missing information, duplicate products, or incorrect entries.
* Work closely with the operations, sales, and app management teams.
* Handle any other duties related to app data management and product verification.
*Required Skills:*
* Good attention to detail.
* Experience in data entry, app management, catalog management, or operations.
* Ability to manage a small team.
* Basic computer and mobile app knowledge.
* Good communication skills with staff and shop owners.
* Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet daily targets.
* Ability to verify information carefully before updating it in the app.
* Problem-solving attitude.
*Preferred Experience:*
* Experience in ecommerce, delivery apps, grocery apps, marketplace apps, or product catalog management will be preferred.
* Previous team handling experience is a plus.
