About SwanSAT
SwanSAT is a deep tech geospatial intelligence company transforming decision-making across Agriculture, BFSI, Disaster Management, and Defence. At its core, we integrate multi-sensor data (SAR, Optical, Thermal, LiDAR) with advanced AI/ML to deliver actionable solutions. Our India-contextualized tech stack built using India as the reference model provides unprecedented accuracy and granularity, making insights globally scalable yet locally precise. We empower governments, enterprises, and institutions with certified, reliable, and scalable intelligence for planning, monitoring, underwriting, and response. By combining deep tech innovation with field-level intelligence, our platform processes billions of pixels daily, converting raw satellite data into clarity and impact — from space to soil to security.

- Drive core architectural decisions including multi-tenant RBAC, map rendering pipelines, and high-volume analytics APIs.
- Stay hands-on initially—coding, reviewing, and setting engineering standards—while transitioning into leadership.
- Build intuitive, high-performance map-based analytics interfaces for diverse users (government to enterprise).
- Define visualization standards, UX guidelines, and design systems in collaboration with product and data teams.
- Hire and lead a cross-functional engineering team; foster ownership and engineering excellence.
- Implement monitoring, observability, SLAs, audit logging, and compliance-ready export systems.
- Partner with the CTO on roadmap, prioritization, and client-facing technical discussions.
