Our client is a rapidly scaling, founder-led financial services platform on a mission to build category-defining consumer products. As the business expands its digital ecosystem, it is creating a central Consumer Intelligence function to drive customer-led innovation across the organisation.
Roles & Responsibilties
You'll thrive here if you have :
- Built or led Consumer Insights, Customer Intelligence or User Research functions
- Influenced Product, Marketing and Business decisions using consumer evidence
- Worked across qualitative & quantitative research methodologies
- Built segmentation frameworks, behavioural insights, customer journeys, NPS or tracking programs
- Enjoy building functions in high-growth, founder-led environments
We're keen to connect with leaders from one of these backgrounds
Client-side Consumer Insights leaders within fintechs or digital financial services organisations
Consumer Intelligence leaders from high-growth consumer internet businesses with deep understanding of India's digital and emerging consumers
Research Directors / Associate Directors from leading market research and insights firms managing BFSI, fintech or consumer technology portfolios
Customer Strategy, Customer Experience or Behavioural Insights leaders from leading consulting firms or financial institutions
What we're looking for?
- 10-15 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Customer Intelligence, Market Research, User Research or Behavioural Research
- Strong command over both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence product and business strategy, not just deliver research
- Experience working with senior leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- A builder's mindset with the curiosity to challenge conventional thinking
