🚀 Customer Experience Manager (Remote – India)
We’re hiring a Customer Experience Manager to handle and own all customer support for our meal delivery brands: TPFU Food & BiteBox Meals (GTA-based)
🔥 What You’ll Do
- Manage customer conversations (WhatsApp, calls, email, chat, social media channels)
- Handle issues: orders, deliveries, refunds, complaints
- Resolve problems quickly and professionally
- Create simple systems (SOPs, templates, processes)
- Work with operations team to reduce issues
✅ Requirements
- Fluent in English + Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer support / operations
- Able to handle high volume + tough customers
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
💡 Bonus
Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or subscription businesses

You’ll work directly with the founder and directly manage the existing support team
