Hiring for a US-focussed Health Technology company
Role brief - A senior leader from premium hospitality who brings the art of noticing, owning and delighting into a fast-growing technology company. The Head of Experience owns the mandate end to end of redesigning the critical human moments that shape how employees, leaders and customers experience.
Reporting: Reports to the CEO and HR Head. Works closely with business leaders, and with Sales, Customer Success and Delivery teams
Areas of focus
- Identify experiences the company already creates that people remember positively
- Find processes that are technically correct but emotionally poor
- Prioritise and redesign the moments with the highest value
- Simplify existing processes and extend the approach to priority customer relationships
- Build evidence of impact to shape the longer-term roadmap
What success looks like
- First 6 months: critical experience moments mapped, priority moments redesigned, and the approach extended to selected customer accounts.
- First 12 months: measurable lift in customer retention, and an experience standard embedded across leadership teams.
Important - Outcomes will be measured, not the number of initiatives.
Who we are looking for
- 10+ years in premium hospitality, including premium or international guests
- Leadership in Guest Relations, Guest Experience or a comparable guest facing function
- B2B client servicing exposure is a strong plus
Core capabilities: emotional intelligence and judgement, reading unspoken needs, service recovery, ownership without escalation, attention to detail, influence without authority, comfort with ambiguity, and creating memorable experiences and moments of truth.
